This form is only used during the ALC Priority Request period - the four weeks before Time Schedule Construction closes. For WIN 2025, this form will be active June 24th-July 19th, 2024.
Active Learning Classrooms are highly utilized classroom spaces. Placement in an ALC is determined by the following factors: technological need, capacity, order of request, required course vs. elective, and indication of priority (by program)*
*If a program is submitting more than one course request for an ALC, please indicate which course should have the highest priority for placement. While placement in an ALC is not guaranteed, program course priorities will be considered.
After TS Construction closes, please use our regular Course Add/Change form for course requests or our Event Request Wizard for breakout sessions and events.
